How to join

Your doctor adds you
At the clinic, they add your name and mobile number. They give you a clinic code.

Get the free app
Install DocFollow. Sign in with an One-time password: a short code sent to your mobile by SMS to confirm it's really you. sent to your mobile.

Enter your clinic code
Type the code from the clinic. Now you can tap Ask Doubt.

Does DocFollow cost anything?
No. DocFollow is free for patients.
Where do I get my clinic code?
From your doctor's clinic, when they add you. It's not the SMS code. Lost it? Ask the clinic for a new one.
My doctor isn't on DocFollow. What can I do?
Tell them about it. Doctors can register for free at docfollow.in.
Can I use it from outside India?
Yes. You can use an Indian (+91) or a US or Canadian (+1) mobile number.
Which phones does it work on?
iPhone, iPad and Android phones.
Is it for emergencies?
No. If it's urgent, call your doctor or go to a hospital.
